The new InBody 370S has got new features like Segmented Circumference, where the estimated circumference of each limb and trunk(Includes Chest, abdomen and hip) is measured. Our body type can also be determined by the InBody, allowing for a better diet and exercise plan.
Differences
The new InBody 370S comes with a higher impedance measurement with frequencies at 5kHz, 50kHz and 500kHz, as compared to InBody 370’s 5kHz, 50kHz and 250kHz. (Using higher frequency would provide more accurate results.)
With Direct Segmental Multi-Frequency Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (DSM-BIA), this new model also added a new measurement method- Simultaneous Multi-Frequency Impedance Measurement. Results are now more precise regardless of gender and age as it does not require the use of empirical estimation.
